Terms & Conditions for Opening a New Study Centre / Franchisee:

1. Study Centre / Franchisee is an authorized Training Centre of GEA National College, not a branch of it but it is supposed to be controlled from the administrative office of GEA National College, Guwahati.

2. The Processing fee for Franchisee Application is Rs. 500/- which has to be paid once along with the Franchisee application by Demand Draft only in favour of GEA National College, Guwahati.

3. The Authorisation fee for a Study Centre / Franchisee is Rs. 25000/- [Non-Refundable] which has to be paid by the Applicant after approving his application for setting up a new study centre in his proposed location.

4. The Study Centre Licensee should have his/her own Trade License, Income -Tax clearance, Tenancy Agreement for rented premises etc. for running the Study Centre.

5. There is a Renewal fee after every 3 yrs. for all the Study Centre / franchisees. The renewal fee is Rs. 2000/- only.

6. The Study Centre should have one Counseling Room, one Theory Room, one Computer Lab, One Staff Common Room, one Library, one visitors waiting room and a Toilet.

7. All the Study Centers have to pay the Course Fee for every student to Head Office as follows :

                (a) Up to 3 months    -----------    Rs. 300/-
                (b) Up to 6 months    -----------    Rs. 1500/-
                (c) Up to 1 yr.              -----------    Rs. 3000/- [ Rs. 1500/- + Rs. 1500/- ]
                (d) More than 1 yr.   -----------    As per univ. fee

8. The Study Centre has to arrange the accommodation for the H.O people during their visits to the centre.

9. The Study Centre must pay the production cost of all the Prospectus, Brochure, Banner, Lift lets etc.

10.The Franchisee fees and all other fees has to be paid in the form of Demand Draft (DD) only in favour of GEA National College, Guwahati.

11. The Study Centre should maintain full honesty in all transactions. If anything found wrong or intentional mistake against the Name and Fame of ‘GEA National College’ by the Study Centre, It’s permission would be cancelled immediately with a prior notice of 7 days.

12. All the legal procedures are jurisdicted to Gauhati High Court only.

13. Within the franchisee fee the Study Centre will get the following free...
(a) Brand Name
(b) Prospectus provided it’s production cost have to be paid by the Study Centre.
(c) Syllabus and Question Papers of all courses
(d) Design of Logo, Banner, Hoarding, Paper Advertisement, Lift let, Money Receipt etc.
(e) Training to Centrre Head and Counselor.
(f) Faculty training as and when feels necessary by the H.O.
(g) Business Development Policies and Technical Supports.
